About the Workshop
- What even are boundaries, how do we set and protect them, and why they're essential in preventing and recovering from burnout.
- How to recognise when we're in or approaching burnout, and what we can do to recover and/or protect ourselves from it. This will include building an understanding of 'your brain on burnout' and creating personal burnout prevention/recovery plans.
- Recognising where we might need stronger boundaries and developing our skill-set around this, including identifying different categories of boundaries and how we can transfer our strengths and skills from one area to another.
