About the Event
Kind of a drop-in, you don't have to be there the whole time and everyone is welcome! This year, our Cafe Casuals will be hosted by different members of the team each time on a voluntary basis.
This month - Join Helen Dale, a writer and also a key member of our Advisory Panel.
Helen (she/her) says; most of my work is fiction — though I have written my autobiography “A Tale of Two Lives”, a handbook “Understanding Gender Variance” based on trans awareness workshops I’ve provided for about 25 years and an anthology comprising a diary when I was deciding whether or not to transition plus other anecdotes and stories.My novels tend to feature trans characters and are intended to provide an authentic window into trans lives. My debut novel, “Summer Dreams”, was inspired by a genuine incident when I was 19!The first chapters of my fiction work and other short stories are on my website www.helendaleauthor.info — which gives links to the books on Amazon and other outlets.
