About Helen Dale

Helen self-published works include her autobiography: “A Tale of Two Lives”, a handbook:

“Understanding Gender Variance” based on her award-winning trans awareness workshops, an

anthology: “Transgender Tales” comprising a diary she kept when deciding whether transition fully

in the 1990s and other short stories and anecdotes. She has written four novels (a fifth is nearly

ready to publish) and a novella set in the transgender community. She is also working on a book to accompany this workshop.

Her experience as a campaigner, counsellor specialising in trans clients and of running transgender groups has given her a wealth of
