Sam Jenks

Sam (he/him) is a gay writer concerned with queering psychogeography. He is interested in strangers in strange places; how they relate and respond to the rural and urban landscape around them.


His shorter works have been published in Queerlings, Fruit Journal and Litro Magazine. In 2020, he wrote the text for 'Chronostasis', an artbook project with Japanese artist Koji Tsukada that plays with memory and myth.


He is currently working on two novellas, one set in Bath, UK; the other set in Hokkaido, Japan.
