Chris Lethbridge
Artist Led Initiatives

Chris Lethbridge is Operations and Programme Manager for Bath Artists’ Studios, an educational charity and the city’s largest provider of affordable workspace for artists and makers.

Chris trained in fine art in Falmouth, Cornwall before moving to Manchester where he lived for many years, working for artist led initiatives, local authorities and latterly in creative industries sector development.

Whilst in Manchester Chris was a founder director of PANDA (Performing Arts Network and Development Agency) and a Trustee of the Centre for Contemporary Chinese Art (formerly Chinese Arts Centre).

Whilst living on the Isles of Scilly he discovered his habit of inflicting folk singing on an unsuspecting public and has since written and performed his own songs, one of which has been recorded by the Cornish ‘supergroup’ Dalla.

supporting emerging LGBTQ+ writers
Out on the Page was set up in 2018 as an experimental project to bring together LGBTQ+ writers to write, support each other and to share information and experience.
Since then, we have held one-writing retreats, workshops, groups and cafe casual meetings across England.  We have also set up an online writer directory and forum for emerging LGBTQ+ writers.
We have received Arts Council England funding for 2020 to sustain and develop our much-needed work, including online events.
